Position: Business Development Supervisor
Business Development Supervisor ensures achievement of a balanced performance output based an overall trade sales forecast through sales analysis and business plan recommendation with support leadership and development of highly productive and efficient team of professional medical sales representatives within budgeted selling, field promotion and departmental spending.
- With minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
- With minimum 1 year leadership and management experience with a proven track record of coaching others to higher performance
- Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve goals
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
- Willing to travel
- With driver’s license
- Computer literate
