Job Qualification:

Business Development Supervisor ensures achievement of a balanced performance output based an overall trade sales forecast through sales analysis and business plan recommendation with support leadership and development of highly productive and efficient team of professional medical sales representatives within budgeted selling, field promotion and departmental spending.

  • With minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • With minimum 1 year leadership and management experience with a proven track record of coaching others to higher performance
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve goals
  • Strategic thinking and analytical ability
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course

Position: Operations Manager

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree, Post graduate Diploma/
  • Masters Degree, any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Finance and Admin Manager
  • Ability to write policies and procedures
  • Ability to write corrective action plan
  • Computer literate : MS application ( Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
  • Excellent in analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • With strong Leadership to people and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO/President in the aggressive redirection & rebuilding of the company’s successful growth
  • Responsible in providing leadership, management and ensure necessary actions that company has the proper operational controls, administrative, reporting procedures and people systems to ensure the growth of the organization and to strengthen financial and operational efficiency.
  • Manage all the Finance and Accounting aspect of the company.
  • Review & Implement rules on Labor code
  • Sees to it that all the policies and procedures are being implemented.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the management to facilitate continuous improvement of the operations.
  • Review the job description, KPI and recommended improvement if needed to produce effective performance management tools.
  • Ensures all employees understand the company systems, policies and procedures.
  • Manage and review staff performance, provide necessary training, coaching, mentoring the staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and that they understand and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.

Position: Medical Sales Representative

  • The sales representative is the direct marketing link between the medical profession and the parent company. He reports directly to the sales supervisor or sales manager. Each sales representative is responsible for the continued growth of the company by assuring that sales in assigned territory reach or exceed for casted levels.
  • The MSR has the basic responsibility of promoting our products and Company to physicians, hospitals, and paramedical outlets in line with company policy, marketing objectives, and via a communication of “fair balance”. The MSR is the image of the Company in each and every territory and, therefore, his activities in and off the field should reflect this responsibility.
  • Fresh Graduates are most welcome
  • Or Has at least 1 year of experience as Medical Sales Representative or other Pharma Company
  • Has a strong personality
  • Willing to learn and undergo training.
  • Must be willing to be assigned or work within Metro Manila, Cebu or any other Luzon Area
